At Cake Tool Box, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the best quality baking products. While we always strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy explains our return and refund process.

Report Window

Return Request: Report within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Item: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

All edible items (premixes, chocolates, fondants, food colors, etc.)

Food-grade consumables


Damaged or Missing Items

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

An unboxing video is required as proof for damage or missing items.

Please email details along with proof to Caketoolbox3@gmail.com.

Once verified, refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.


⚠️ Important: Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact us at Caketoolbox3@gmail.com within the return window.


2. Our team will review and provide return approval.


3. Customer must ship the item back using a trackable courier service.


4. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.


5. For approved exchanges/replacements, a new product will be shipped within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds

Refund will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
